Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for engineers, delivering expert solutions.
• Lead technical trainings to build team knowledge.
• Coordinate upgrades with customers and project teams.
• Perform remote hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
• Analyze root causes and document permanent fixes.
