Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking an experienced L3 IT Support Technician to own advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and security governance across the enterprise IT stack, including Microsoft 365, identity services, and endpoints.

You will mentor Level 1/2 teams, perform RCA for major outages, coordinate with vendors, and drive infrastructure enhancements while maintaining secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with enterprise Windows and Mac environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and device mgmt (Intune/JAMF).
• Solid networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
• Security-minded with endpoint protection/EDR exposure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, Mac, M365, AD/Entra ID, and end-user devices.
• Perform RCA for recurring incidents and major outages.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments and identity services.
• Support Windows Server, GPO, and deployments; assist with upgrades.
• Apply cybersecurity controls and educate users on best practices.
• Mentor Level 1/2 staff; coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
