Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a capable IT Engineer in Metro Manila to own project work, report to the Senior Engineer, and take escalations from the IT helpdesk while covering leave periods.

You will demonstrate strong M365 configuration and deployment, bring solid networking and routing skills, administer Windows Server environments, and ideally contribute cybersecurity experience to protect client systems. This role offers a collaborative team environment and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong networking and routing skills for enterprise environments.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Ideally knowledge of cybersecurity practices and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects, reporting to your Senior Engineer.
• Handle escalations from the IT helpdesk.
• Support the Senior Engineer on project work and cover during leave or absence.
• Demonstrate strong M365 configuration and deployment experience.
• Bring strong networking and routing skills.
• Administer and deploy Windows Server environments.
• Ideally, bring some cyber security experience.
