Job summary

CLA Global TS Holdings Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Senior, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to support and strengthen our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, DNS and DHCP, oversee certificates, patching, endpoint protection and system hardening, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure, system administration or cybersecurity experience.
• Senior level potential for candidates with more experience.
• Hands-on experience with AD, GP, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, MS 365, and server administration.
• Experience with Certificate Authority, SSL/TLS, patch management and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory, user access, Group Policy and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, file services, backups and related infrastructure.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and Certificate Authority services, including renewals.
• Coordinate cybersecurity updates, patching, endpoint security and system hardening.
• Monitor servers and systems for reliability, performance and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, access, application and security-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures and system records.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell or similar tools.
• Support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, audit and compliance projects.
• Provide guidance and escalation support to junior IT team members.
