Job summary

Acquire.AI in Quezon City is seeking an L3 Support Engineer to join our global outsourcing team. You will take ownership of projects, report to a Senior Engineer, and handle escalations from the IT helpdesk.

You will demonstrate M365 configuration and deployment expertise, bring robust networking and routing skills, and administer Windows Server environments. Cyber security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and deploying M365.
• Strong networking and routing skills.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Cyber security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects and report to your Senior Engineer.
• Handle escalations from the IT helpdesk.
• Support the Senior Engineer on project work and cover them during leave or absence.
• Demonstrate strong M365 configuration and deployment tasks.
