We’re looking for strong IT candidates in Manila who can own projects, handle escalations, and support the Senior Engineer while delivering robust M365, networking and Windows Server solutions. The role also emphasizes security and reliable delivery for our partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with M365 configuration and deployment.
• Strong networking and routing knowledge.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Cyber security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects, reporting to the Senior Engineer.
• Handle escalations from the IT helpdesk.
• Support the Senior Engineer on project work and cover him during leave or absence.
• Demonstrate strong M365 configuration and deployment experience.
• Bring strong networking and routing skills.
• Administer and deploy Windows Server environments.
• Ideally, bring some cyber security experience.
