Boomering Inc. is hiring a Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) for the Philippines. The role is hybrid with a day shift and focuses on escalated IT issues across Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, identity, and networking tasks, ensuring secure, compliant service delivery and effective client communication. Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience, with at least 2 years in second-line or equivalent level
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Production support experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Practical networking troubleshooting beyond user-level issues
• Certifications (MS-102/MS-102 or AZ-104, Network+/CCNA, NSE 4, VCP, ITIL 4) advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps: Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender for O365

Responsibilities

• Escalation & incident ownership for Level 2 tickets
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including licensing and health
• Manage Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online and related services
• Support Windows Server/AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policy
• Handle networking basics and VPN, VLANs, firewall rules
• Coordinate with HK team, ensure SLAs and ticket documentation
• Perform PowerShell automation and reporting
• Assist with backup, monitoring, and change control
• Document procedures and provide knowledge transfer
