Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) to join its Philippines-based team. You will handle second‑line escalations, own technical incidents, and drive resolution across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, and network services in a day‑shift, hybrid/remote environment.

The role requires practical hands‑on admin experience, strong communication, and a structured troubleshooting approach. The team collaborates with clients across Asia and offers onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience, Level 2 preferred, MSP or multi‑client experience advantageous.
• Hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration with production support for Windows Server and AD.
• Networking troubleshooting beyond basic connectivity; familiarity with service levels and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Escalation ownership: take escalated tickets through resolution with clear documentation.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, licensing, MFA, SSPR, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender.
• Support Windows Server, AD, VPN, VLANs, firewall/NAT, and endpoint management; assist with VM platforms.
• Lead backups, monitoring, changes, and small projects; produce knowledge base content.
