Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in L&D/OD, preferably in fintech or BFSI.
• Strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to link learning outcomes to business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Exposure to digital learning platforms and blended learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Learning Framework Design – Build enterprise-wide L&OD frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.
• Facilitation Excellence – Deliver high‑impact workshops and leadership programs with strong presence and engagement.
• Business Alignment – Partner with CXOs and business leaders to translate capability needs into measurable learning outcomes.
• Organizational Development – Lead culture‑building, change management, and talent readiness initiatives.
• Measurement & ROI – Establish metrics to track learning effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
