Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the learning ecosystem as we scale beyond 185 employees. You will architect onboarding, role-based learning paths, leadership development programs, and an internal academy that powers performance and growth.

You will partner with the CEO, People & Culture, and department leaders to deploy technology-driven, measurable learning initiatives that become a competitive advantage for the business.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Learning & Development or related experience.
• Experience designing and scaling learning programs in fast-growing organizations.
• Proven leadership development and management training experience.
• Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of company-wide training initiatives.
• Develop onboarding programs that reduce ramp-up time and improve new hire success.
• Create technical, functional, and professional development programs for every department.
• Introduce blended learning through live workshops, self-paced learning, peer coaching, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
• Ensure training aligns with business outcomes and is measurable.
