Qualifications

• Must have strong multi-brand and multi-customer management experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Sales experience of 5–8 years in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Native Filipino with fluent English.
• Proven planning and execution track record.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Extensive account management experience in consumer electronics/FMCG.
• Strong rapport-building and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Solid analytical capabilities and results orientation.
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes.
• Define business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and optimize partner assortments.
• Own and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
• Forecast and plan business with partners.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet demand.
• Manage backlog, risks and opportunities with partners.
• Build strong relationships with partners.
• Plan execution of product launches.
