Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or any related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Relationship Management, preferably in Cash Management Services, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), ATM Managed Services (AMS), banking operations, or financial services.
• Experience in contract management, SLA monitoring, and commercial negotiations.
• Background or knowledge in ATM monitoring systems and cash management platforms is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
