Responsibilities

• Ensure proper connectivity of IT systems of multilocation.
• Implement software and hardware updates as per company policies.
• Provide first-line support for IT issues related to plant operations. Ensure regular data backups and recovery testing.
• Monitor server and database performance, ensuring optimal uptime.
• Develop and implement IT contingency plans in case of system failure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Document incidents and resolutions using the IT ticketing system.
• Maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security measures.
• Enforce IT security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
• Support integration of IT systems with production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and IT policies.
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory, configurations, and system changes.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
