Job summary

E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking an L1/L2 production support specialist to manage enterprise systems. You will handle patch deployments, version upgrades, incident troubleshooting, and coordination with network teams for firewall/DNS issues.

Experience with AppDynamics, VuNet, Jira, Windows Server, Linux, IIS, Tomcat, and MSSQL/Oracle will help you perform effective monitoring and issue resolution in a 24x7 support setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L1/L2 application and production support.
• Ability to perform patch deployments, upgrades, and coordinate releases.
• Proficient in analyzing logs and troubleshooting incidents.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with IIS and Apache Tomcat web servers.
• Knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle databases and basic queries.
• Understanding of network components like firewalls and DNS.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise systems and incidents.
• Perform patch deployments, upgrades and coordinate releases.
• Analyze logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Monitor application health with AppDynamics or VuNet.
• Track issues using Jira and coordinate with teams.
• Support Windows Server, Linux, IIS, and Tomcat environments.
• Run basic MSSQL/Oracle queries and issue handling.
• Coordinate with network teams on firewall, LB, DNS issues.
• Follow up on VAPT closures and change activity.
