Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies experience (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 2+ years of corporate IT network service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality hands-on support diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Oversee IT asset inventories and manage ticket queues.
