Job summary

Open Doors International Asia, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer in Manila to administer local IT systems and provide frontline support for Asia field offices. You will maintain endpoints, manage cloud services, and triage incidents while collaborating with regional teams.

Responsibilities include planning IT changes, ensuring security, documenting configurations, and delivering user-focused training. English proficiency is essential and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Advanced knowledge with maintaining and administering antivirus software and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management tools.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Networking concepts including LAN, WAN, VPN, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer IT needs of Manila Location and Asia Field offices.
• Document local IT infrastructure and ensure consistent IT initiatives.
• Administer M365/Azure services; manage identities, licenses, groups; configure devices via Intune.
• Triage incidents, handle security alerts, run PowerShell scripts, and support change rollouts.
• Participate in IT projects, changes, and upgrades; develop roadmaps with regional teams.
• Detect, analyze, prioritize, and monitor incidents; provide L1/L2 support and SLA adherence.
• Share knowledge through manuals and training; contribute to IT governance and practice communities.
• Be willing to travel and cooperate with Asia IT counterparts and ODG teams.
