Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT support experience in helpdesk/service desk roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID user administration, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, hardware, software and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, Windows, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for on-site and remote users via email, phone, Teams, and ticketing systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user accounts, licences, security groups and access permissions.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup, account provisioning, access removal and hardware recovery.
• Conduct IT inductions and guide employees on company systems, applications and security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and software licence records, and coordinate hardware procurement and disposal.
• Liaise with ISPs and external vendors to resolve technical and connectivity issues.
• Provide first-line technical support to clients when required.
