Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure service levels are met in a full onsite setup.

You will lead the IT support team, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, maintain IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms, and uphold security and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, infrastructure management, or a related IT function.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising, leading, or managing an IT support team.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and IT service management tools.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure the timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues in line with established service levels.
• Lead and develop the IT support team by assigning workloads, providing coaching and guidance, monitoring performance, and promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions, coordinate system upgrades, and enhance IT processes and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, software licenses, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, security requirements, and industry best practices.
