Ideal candidates have 1+ year of IT support experience, solid Windows 10 and Office 365 knowledge, and exposure to Azure/AWS/M365. The position emphasizes clear communication and proactive problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/CE.
• 1+ year of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong WAN/LAN, PC troubleshooting, repair, installation and upgrades.
• Basic system administration, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for global stakeholders.
• Exposure to Azure, Endpoints, AWS, Active Directory, M365 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support and resolve Manila-based user issues efficiently.
• Maintain and manage end-user workstations and software deployment.
• Manage tickets in Jira and ServiceNow for local and global tasks.
• Administer user accounts including Active Directory and RTS access.
• Support network connectivity and office printing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global IT and development teams to support international operations.
