Job summary

CLSA Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on infrastructure and end-user support for the internal environment in the Philippines.

The role includes desktop and mobile troubleshooting, Zoom conference support, and on/off-boarding alongside IP phone support, working with global IT teams on project tasks. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT within financial services or trading, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology discipline.
• More than 4 years of IT experience with in financial services and familiarity with Investment banking like Trading.
• Knowledge of IT platforms and system support across mobile/workspace, Windows desktop, network connectivity, voice technologies and datacenter management is desirable.
• Knowledge of trading technologies and market data platforms used in the local market environment is desirable (Bloomberg/IRESS/Thomson Reuters).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on infrastructure, PC & end user support.
• L1/L2 end user coverage for desktop/user applications, hardware troubleshooting, Zoom support, on/off-boarding, IP phone support.
• Provide support for all business units in Philippines.
• Assist IT Manager with daily IT operations (backup tape management, patch deployments, AV updates, start of day checks).
• Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products; 1st level support for internal applications.
