Job summary
A leading global support services company in Cebu City is seeking a Support Analyst. This on-site, full-time role focuses on providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and strong technical knowledge, particularly in Microsoft systems and hardware troubleshooting. The position requires a BS in IT or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory.
- Technical support and troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for end users.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Assist the US Support team as needed.
