Job summary
A leading global support services company in Cebu City is seeking a Support Analyst. This on-site, full-time role focuses on providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users. The position requires a BS in IT or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience preferred.

- Technical support and troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for end users.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Assist the US Support team as needed.
