Kavi Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence across Panay and the Philippines. The ideal candidate has a strong IT/BPO sales background and excels at building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline development, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales cycle management, with a focus on delivering value through technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably IT/Software/BPO.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with prospective clients across various industries.
• Present and demonstrate software products and IT solutions, communicating their business value and ROI.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closing and handover.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop trusted client relationships with exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and support product development and sales strategies.
• Represent the company at meetings, events and trade shows to promote products and services.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
