Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Executive / Lead with 5–10 years of IT solution sales experience to drive new business and manage end-to-end sales cycles. You will engage CXOs, directors, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose IT solutions and services.

You will generate opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and coordinate with presales, delivery, and leadership to close deals and drive revenue in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in IT solution sales, service sales, B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
• Proven experience selling IT solutions, software, technology services, consulting, managed services, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to independently conduct client discussions and engage with senior decision makers.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management, follow up, and closing skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools.
• Self motivated, proactive, target driven, and accountable for revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Identify decision makers and build strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
• Conduct client meetings, solution discussions, presentations, proposal walkthroughs, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with presales, technical, delivery, and leadership teams to develop and close opportunities.
• Negotiate commercials and contractual requirements effectively.
• Identify cross sell, upsell, renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline, forecast, and sales updates to management.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
