Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related four-year course.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably IT/BPO.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the Panay market and broader Philippine business landscape.
• Proficient in English, Filipino, and Hiligaynon.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, cold calling, and prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with prospective clients across industries.
• Present and demonstrate software products and IT solutions, communicating business value and ROI.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients through exceptional service and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and feedback for product and sales strategy.
• Represent the company at business meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
