Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an IT procurement specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end purchasing for IT infrastructure hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and professional services. You will act as the main operational liaison across Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, and vendors, coordinating bids and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Experience coordinating IT purchasing, procurement operations, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating proposals, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewals and large software agreements is preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise purchasing platforms like Coupa, Oracle, Basware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT Infrastructure purchasing including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.
• Serve as liaison between IT Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, and vendors.
• Coordinate competitive bidding and evaluate vendor responses.
• Support contract negotiations on pricing, licensing, renewal, and terms.
• Maintain records of contracts, suppliers, POs, licenses, and renewal dates.
• Track POs, invoices, accruals, and commitments for budgets and forecasting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidate suppliers.
