Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Staff Buyer to be at the center of Dexcom’s global procurement engine, supporting the Procurement and Supplier Management team. You will drive policy compliance, approve requisitions and orders, and collaborate across IT, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, and consultants to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 8–12 years of experience in procurement, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of related procurement experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and eProcurement platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion procurement policies by reviewing system transactions and ensuring compliance.
• Review, validate, and approve Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, IT system admins, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, and Procurement Consultants to resolve issues.
• Run and analyze open PO reports to close outdated items and support month-/quarter-end activities.
• Support procurement opportunities for contracts, punchouts, and supplier catalogs.
• Onboard and offboard suppliers, negotiate terms, and support payment-related needs.
• Create procurement process flows and lead process-improvement initiatives.
