Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Purchasing Analyst to coordinate end-to-end IT procurement, licensing, and vendor management across hardware, software, and cloud services. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and renewals with attention to detail and strong collaboration with global teams.

The candidate will manage contracts, POs, and supplier relationships, ensuring license compliance and accurate reporting while aligning with business needs and US Pacific Time work hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in IT purchasing and procurement operations.
• Experience with vendor management and contract administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise software licensing and renewals.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for IT infrastructure purchasing and vendor activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end processes for hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.
• Maintain visibility into contracts, licenses, POs, invoices, and renewals for budgeting and forecasting.
• Support negotiations on pricing, licensing, terms, and renewals with stakeholders.
