Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Purchasing Analyst to coordinate end-to-end purchasing for IT infrastructure, software, cloud services, and related agreements. You will work with Finance, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendors to ensure accurate records and timely renewals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in IT purchasing, contract administration, and software licensing, with strong Excel skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in IT purchasing, procurement operations, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating bids, evaluating proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and large enterprise software agreements is preferred.
• Knowledge of Coupa, Oracle, Basware or similar purchasing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing for IT infrastructure hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and related agreements.
• Serve as liaison between IT Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and vendors.
• Coordinate competitive bidding, review pricing, and assist with vendor responses.
• Support contract negotiations including pricing, licensing, renewal terms, and service periods.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, renewals, and spend ownership.
• Manage renewal calendar, issue notifications, and coordinate renewals and true-ups.
• Track POs, invoices, accruals, and commitments for budgeting and forecasting.
