Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Staff Buyer to join our Procurement and Supplier Management team in Manila. You will review requisitions, validate orders, and support continuous improvements across IT, software, hardware, and services.

With 8–12 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, you will partner with cross-functional teams, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with governance standards while contributing to a global procurement engine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with experience in Administration and Accounting.
• Willing to work during US business hours (Pacific Time).
• Fluent in English with clear stakeholder communication.
• End-to-end procurement experience, ideally with Strategic Sourcing background.
• Procurement knowledge across manufacturing, medical devices, IT, facilities, operations, or sales/distribution.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms such as Coupa; familiarity with TPRM and CLM systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, and process-mapping software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present ideas across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, IT admins, AP, Internal Audit, and Procurement Consultants for improvements and issue resolution.
• Run open PO reports and support month-end and quarter-end activities.
• Analyze procurement activity for contracts, punchouts, and supplier catalogs.
• Manage supplier onboarding/offboarding and negotiate payment terms.
• Create and maintain procurement process flows; lead improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all procurement activities meet compliance and governance standards.
• Prepare presentations and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Lead procurement trainings and office hours to boost user knowledge.
• Support bid processes and contribute to contract development.
• Coordinate IT sourcing requirements and negotiate favorable supplier rates.
