Job summary

Dexcom Philippines seeks an IT Purchasing Analyst to coordinate end-to-end purchasing for IT Infrastructure hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and related services, including Coupa requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier requests. You will maintain contracts, licenses, renewals, and spend data to support budgeting and forecasting with the Infrastructure Planner.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in IT purchasing or procurement, strong Excel and vendor management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT purchasing, procurement operations, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating bids/proposals and supporting contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing for IT Infrastructure hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and professional services.
• Maintain visibility into contracts, licenses, renewals, purchase orders, and vendor commitments.
• Provide accurate information to IT Infrastructure leadership for budgeting and forecasting.
• Support major renewals, including licensing and true-up information.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve purchasing processes.
