Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an IT Procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.

You will act as the primary liaison among IT Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Strategic Sourcing, coordinating bids and contract negotiations to optimize pricing and terms. The role requires experience in IT purchasing, vendor management, and software licensing, with familiarity of Coupa, Oracle, Basware, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/supply chain or IT.
• Experience in IT purchasing, procurement operations, vendor management, contract administration, software licensing, and financial operations.
• Experience coordinating competitive bids/RFPs and supporting contract negotiations (pricing, licensing, renewal, payment terms).
• Familiarity with Coupa, Oracle, Basware or similar platforms; knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure purchasing, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.
• Serve as operational liaison among IT Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendors.
• Coordinate competitive bidding, document requirements, review pricing and terms, and assist stakeholder evaluation of responses.
• Support contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, and renewals; maintain records of contracts, suppliers, PO numbers, licenses, and renewal dates.
• Manage renewal calendar, track licensing and service requirements, and coordinate renewal activities.
• Provide accurate purchasing, contract, renewal, and committed-spend information for budgets and forecasts.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities, consolidate suppliers, and improve purchasing controls.
