Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects through initiation, development and implementation in a hybrid Manila setting.

You will coordinate with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to ensure regulatory and technical compliance while driving milestone progress across complex programs. This role requires 15 years of work experience with at least 8 years in an agile Project Manager capacity, preferably in insurance or banking domains,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning.
• Extensive project management experience with agile teams (15 years total, 8+ years as PM).
• Experience with enterprise-level application development; insurance and banking domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-squad programs across complex technical and regulatory needs.
• Ensure progress against milestones with coordinated implementation.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
• Manage and coordinate business and technical projects through all phases from initiation to implementation.
