Job summary

Manulife IT Project Manager role in MBPS seeks an experienced professional to lead critical technology projects that improve operations and service delivery. You will partner with US Segment Project Leads to plan, manage risks, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.

Requirements include 5+ years in PM, PMP/PRINCE2, proficiency with JIRA/Confluence/Planview and Office 365 tools, plus Power Platform expertise and data analytics know-how.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, PM or related discipline.
• PM Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Planview, and Office 365 Tools.
• Experience with data models and data transformation.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting best practices.
• Development and reporting using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and intermediate Power Query, DAX, SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Escalation handling, planning, organizing and communication.
• Maintain high organization and track multiple priorities with varying deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate key risks, reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage tasks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with US Segment Project Leads/Owners to develop project plans.
• Coordinate deliverables and status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite).
• Amenable to work in night shift schedule.
