Job summary

You will lead cross-squad programs, ensure milestones are met, and work with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to satisfy regulatory and technical requirements. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with emphasis on analytics and strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree
• Strong understanding of company patterns and analytical models of his expertise
• Must have good analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning
• Experience with Agile methodologies on enterprise-level projects
• Experience in the Insurance and Banking industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs
• Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
• Leads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements
• Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation
