Job summary

Manulife Financial invites an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Technology team at MBPS, Philippines. You will lead and support critical projects, drive planning, manage risks, and ensure timely stakeholder communication to strengthen operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities include reporting to management, escalating issues, coordinating with US Segment Project Leads, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, or related discipline).
PM Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Planview, M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and Office 365 Tools.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and management.
Possess excellent skills in escalation handling, planning, organizing, and communication.
Maintain high organization and track multiple priorities with varying deadlines; adapt and provide support as needed.
Identify and mitigate key risks, reporting to stakeholders.
Manage tasks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with US Segment Project Leads/Owners to develop project plans.
Coordinate deliverables and status updates.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
