Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Lead (Manager) to join the Global Technology team in MBPS. You will lead multiple technology teams, ensuring service levels are met and operations run smoothly across onsite and offshore groups.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement and exposure to Azure environments. Onsite presence is expected three times per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in capacity management and risk identification.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools; Azure knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to meet SLAs with the Business Unit.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations across onsite and offshore teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Coach technology professionals to strengthen engagement and development.
• Lead governance, reporting, capacity planning, and service performance monitoring.
