Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years IT Project Management experience.
Project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum are an advantage.
Experience managing software development projects and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology and innovation initiatives.
Define project requirements, establish project plans and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, QA specialists, designers, and infrastructure teams.
Manage Agile and Scrum project delivery frameworks, including sprint planning, progress tracking, retrospectives, and release management.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and overall project performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
