Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Operations Engineer to provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications such as Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Hands-on with AWS core services: EC2, S3, CloudWatch.
• Strong automation and batch workflow configuration, scheduling, error handling.
• Ability to modify and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts.
• Experience patching Windows servers/workstations using Intune, NinjaOne, or AWS Systems Manager.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, networking fundamentals.
• Experience resolving incidents with Tier 2+ escalation and root cause analysis.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications: Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS.
• Provide nightly cycle support, potentially after-hours incident resolution.
• Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes.
• Identify root causes and provide remediation; lead Root Cause Analysis meetings with minimal assistance.
• Complete full project lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Facilitate resolution of application issues by collaborating with business, IT, or vendors.
• Gather system requirements and support testing.
• Contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Adhere to configuration and change management policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of troubleshooting tools within the IT ecosystem.
