Job summary

V2 Solutions seeks a seasoned Production Support Engineer to handle Level 3 issues across applications and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot incidents, optimize performance, and drive automation improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong scripting, monitoring, and cloud/DevOps tooling experience to ensure high availability and reliable service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support for applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and coordinate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for production issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents; escalate when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Lead incident management and coordinate with engineering for long-term fixes.
• Conduct Post-Incident reviews and produce RCA reports.
