Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications (Automation Engine, LifePRO, EAS).
• Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes.
• Identify root cause and lead root cause analyses for incidents.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Understand network and application security and permissions.
• Coordinate with business, IT, or vendors to resolve issues.
• Contribute to project plans and timelines, ensuring changes follow policy.
