ECLARO is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring stability, performance, and security while leading operational teams. The role coordinates with stakeholders to support business objectives.

Responsibilities include managing servers, networks, applications, and end-user support, driving incident response, and implementing IT policies and best practices. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, and end-user support.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Lead and mentor IT operations, service desk, and support teams.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents and problems.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate incidents, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT operations with business needs.
