Senior IT Operations Engineer providing technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications including Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS. This role includes nightly cycle support with potential after-hours incident resolution responsibilities.
Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications: Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS
Provide nightly cycle support, which can include after-hours incident resolution
Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes
Identify root cause and provide appropriate remediation for incidents that occur in system processing and lead Root Cause Analysis Meetings with minimal assistance
Complete the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and implementation
Facilitate resolving application issues by working with business, IT professionals, or vendors
Gather system requirements and support testing
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
Adhere to established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes
Demonstrate general knowledge of troubleshooting tools within the IT Ecosystem
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience
Hands-on experience with AWS Core Services: EC2, S3, and CloudWatch for instance management and monitoring
Strong understanding of automation and batch workflow configuration, including scheduling, dependency mapping, and error handling; able to modify and build new workflows
Ability to modify and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts; can build simple scripts from scratch
Experience with Windows server and/or workstation patching, leveraging tools such as Intune, NinjaOne, or AWS Systems Manager
Solid understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and networking and systems fundamentals
Ability to resolve complex technical issues at Tier 2+ service desk escalation support level
Experience managing incidents with a focus on root cause analysis for continual improvement
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills, leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
