Job summary

E-IT is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to safeguard production stability in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on incident management, DevOps collaboration, and reliable Java deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

You will diagnose P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analyses, automate repetitive tasks, and partner with development, QA, and infra teams to improve system reliability and availability.

Qualifications

• Experience handling P1/P2 production incidents and driving timely resolution.
• Background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Java deployments.
• Ability to automate repetitive support tasks and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Handle and troubleshoot P1/P2 production incidents and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor production applications and perform incident triage and root cause analysis.
• Support Java application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on deployment, monitoring, and production reliability.
• Automate repetitive support and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability and availability.
• Participate in on-call/production support activities as required.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
