Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Sr Technical Representative in IT Operations (TCF) based in Davao. You will provide advanced system-level support and work with multiple teams to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. You will perform hardware/software upgrades, ensure patches, backup servers, and participate in regular trainings and 1:1 meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant IT experience.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
Provide telephony support in installation and troubleshooting on telephone sets and voicemail.
Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
Attend to break/fix engagements per Situation Management for tech issues.
Prepare and submit reports of computer hardware and software inventory by site.
Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated as outlined.
Perform backup for onsite servers and technologies.
Complete all assigned mandatory training within the timeframe.
Attend regular 1:1 meetings with manager and/or direct reports.
