Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr Technical Representative, IT Operations in Davao City to provide telephone system support, hardware and software upgrades, and proactive issue resolution. You will coordinate with engineering teams and maintain inventories, ensuring security updates and backups are performed regularly.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide telephony support for installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voicemail.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management for tech issues.
• Prepare and submit reports of computer hardware/software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated.
