Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in IT operations, technical support, service desk, or infrastructure support is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity is preferred but not always required for entry-level supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the Alabang Block IT Ops Team.
• Direct subordinates on the proper course of action based on established policies and standard operating procedures.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, clarification, and support to team members.
• Escalate more complex or non-standard issues to the appropriate leaders when needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational controls, and IT procedures.
