MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead IT Systems Administrator to manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments from Ortigas, Pasig. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end IT operations across on-site day shifts.

You will administer Microsoft 365 and Azure, with some AWS/Google Cloud exposure, manage Windows Server, network infrastructure, and security controls. Strong collaboration with teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience; working knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Enterprise networking experience: firewalls, routing, switching, wireless.
• Hybrid cloud experience with AWS/Google Cloud in a hybrid environment.
• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure with reliable, secure day-to-day operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Manage Windows Server environments: configurations, patching, monitoring, and support.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, routing, switching, wireless.
• Administer cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment; assist migrations and modernization.
• Oversee user access, devices, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Monitor infrastructure, resolve issues, minimise disruptions.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Implement IT security controls: access management, MFA, VPN, monitoring, vulnerability response.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise IT solutions.
