Job summary

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior IT Operations Manager to oversee the Philippines office's technology stack, including networks, servers, storage and data centres, while ensuring reliable PC and end-user support across all units.

The role requires hands-on leadership of L1/L2 user support, incident response, and collaboration with trading desks using Bloomberg/IRESS/Thomson Reuters; strong compliance awareness and ability to manage backups and patch cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT management experience, preferably within IT roles in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of trading technologies and market data platforms used in the local market environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of IT platforms and system support in relevant areas across mobile and workspace, Windows desktop, network connectivity, voice technologies and datacentre management.
