We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead and oversee the overall Information Technology operations, infrastructure, systems, and support functions of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT operations, developing IT strategies and policies, ensuring system security and operational efficiency, and leading the IT team in delivering reliable technology solutions that support business and operational requirements.
The role requires strong leadership capability, project management experience, technical expertise across enterprise IT systems and infrastructure, and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Strategy and Operations Management
- Develop, implement, and direct IT policies, strategies, and operational standards.
- Lead and oversee overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and support services.
- Ensure IT systems and services effectively support business processes and operational requirements.
- Manage IT priorities related to system development, maintenance, and operational support.
2. Infrastructure, Systems, and Security Management
- Oversee integration and management of IT infrastructure, computer hardware and operating systems, network and communications systems, software applications, and database and data processing systems.
- Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Monitor and improve overall system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
3. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team across multiple functions including Applications Development, Data Center Management, Network and Security, Database Management, Technical Support, and IT Administration.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide leadership support to direct reports.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence within the IT department.
4. Project and Vendor Management
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Participate in evaluating, recommending, and acquiring IT hardware and software solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational support.
5. Financial Planning and Compliance
- Support IT budgeting, investment planning, and resource allocation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to IT operations and projects.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience.
- Proven managerial or leadership experience within enterprise IT environments.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly preferred.
