Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a hybrid team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The role focuses on resolving IT support tickets, managing incident lifecycles, and ensuring service quality for end users.

You will handle hardware, software, networking, and business applications with a proactive, service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of IT service desk experience, strong Windows/macOS/M365 knowledge, and hands-on Azure/AD experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in IT service desk or IT support.
• Proficient with Windows server and client OS (including macOS) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot OS, software, hardware, and network issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher-tier support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding and system access tasks.
